How do I reinstall my sound device card/driver? - sound card device

I downloaded several drivers for my sound back again at work, but every time I try to do this (usually translated by a reboot) Nothing happens. The same problem occurred with my driver for it, but I managed to do the job when he takes to the audio driver to be reinstalled, seems entirely absent. Please help.
