Fuzzy Navel Upsidedown Cake
Ingredients
Cake
1 / 2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
8 maraschino cherries (half)
1 yellow cake mix with pudding (18 ounces)
1 (3 oz) package. Instant pudding mix, vanilla
3 / 4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp oil / 2 cup
1 / 4 cup peach liqueur
1 tablespoon orange zest
4 eggs
Salsa
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons peach liqueur
Cinnamon 1 / 8 tsp tea
Topping
1 cup cream or 1 large tub Cool Whip
1 teaspoon sugar, sweets
2 tablespoons peach liqueur
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
To the cake:
Grease and flour a tube 12-cup fluted filter paper and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the floor. Place peach halves in the grooves of the pan over the brown sugar and place cherry halves between fisheries.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed until moist high cake, then --Speed for 2 minutes.
